Is Google's Search Plus Your World Reducing Traffic to Facebook?

Google and Facebook seem to be in competition for supremacy over the Internet. Whether this is a real battle or just an imaginary one, there definitely is a rivalry. It seems that Google is getting an upper hand at the moment with search traffic. Mediapost, sighting data and studies, says that "since Google launched its "Search, plus Your World" feature in January, traffic from Google to Facebook fan pages has dropped." At this point it is too soon to tell if this is a direct result of the change in search engine results from Search Plus Your World, or just an overall trend in reduced traffic for Facebook from both major search engines.
