Google Improves Site Error Reporting in Webmaster Tools

Good news for webmasters unsure of what is happening on their site as Google sees it. Better access to analysis and information from Google is definitely a help to webmasters and marketers. From [URL="http://www.seroundtable.com/site-errors-google-webmaster-tools-15638.html"]SERoundTable[/URL]: "Google [URL="http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2012/08/site-errors-breakdown.html"]announced[/URL] they have expanded the Site Error reporting within Google Webmaster Tools."

Google announced the update to Webmaster Tools on their blog and listed some of the improved reports:

[B]Site Errors will display statistics for each of your site-wide crawl errors from the past 90 days. In addition, it will show the failure rates for any category-specific errors that have been affecting your site.

[B]If you’re not sure what a particular error means, you can read a short description of it by hovering over its entry in the legend. You can find more detailed information by following the “More info” link in the tooltip.[/B]
