19 Percent of Americans Now Own Tablets or eReaders

According to a recent report, 19% of Americans now own tables or eReaders and that number will only continue to increase. [URL="http://marketingland.com/pew-19-percent-of-americans-now-own-tablets-ereaders-4104?utm_source=pluspost&utm_medium=plus&utm_campaign=stream"]Marketing Land[/URL] posted survey results and demographics, which really help marketers identify how best to reach tablet and eReader owners.

"After a [URL="http://www.screenwerk.com/2011/11/20/tablets-top-holiday-wish-lists/"]big holiday season[/URL] the percentage of people owning eReaders and tablets has nearly doubled from about 10 percent in early December to 19 percent in January. The data were compiled from several telephone surveys the [URL="http://pewinternet.org/Reports/2012/E-readers-and-tablets/Findings/Tablet-and-ebook-reader-ownership-surge-in-the-holiday-giftgiving-period.aspx"]Pew Internet Project [/URL]conducted between late November and January."
