Google + Brand Pages Showing in Search Results

If brands and businesses are not on Google + yet, here is the answer to their "why?". It is Google, after all, so as many have predicted, having a Google + page for your business on the social network is now paying off in more ways that just socially, it is paying off in search results since brand pages are now appearing in primary search results on Google SERPs.
